Fascinating headgear design. I can safely say I have never seen anything like it.
Though I must ask, if angels are without gender, why does this one in particular have what appear to be breasts and a very feminine form? Just wondering.

Angels seem to always be drawn as men in a biblical sence, but Raphael was a kind healer. Raphael guided the blind and healed the sick, this just seems like something that would be draw more feminine to me. The head gear is actual designed to look like an open eye, this is my arcane reference to the blind.
